Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design and workforce planning
- Lead complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies across multiple jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a business partner role within an international organization
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices across Latin America
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and contribute to organizational change
- Professional competency in Spanish; additional languages are a plus
