Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Employee Relations Partner (ERP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees and supervisors
- Guide employees and management on employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and handle complaints and disciplinary procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting front-line employees and supervisors
- Working knowledge of employment/labor laws, preferably in a California HR environment
- HRIS experience; UKG is a plus
- (S)PHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate conflict effectively
