Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to oversee and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to achieve performance goals
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and manage the end-to-end recruiting process
• Analyze recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Experience managing recruiting teams and full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruiting technologies
• Demonstrated success in developing talent acquisition strategies
