Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to oversee and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to achieve performance goals
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and manage the end-to-end recruiting process
- Analyze recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience managing recruiting teams and full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruiting technologies
- Demonstrated success in developing talent acquisition strategies
