Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage both active and passive physician candidates through various sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified physician candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with physician recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of physician sourcing and screening experience; healthcare or physician recruiting experience preferred
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
- Familiarity with physician specialties and medical terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, PracticeLink, or similar platforms
