Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Director responsible for planning and administering global total rewards strategies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent while managing personnel expenditure
- Maintain job architecture and ensure effective system configuration and data integrity
- Communicate compensation programs and equip HR Business Partners and managers with decision support tools
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in core HR functions, including Total Rewards and performance management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Broad understanding of total rewards components
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
