Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Director responsible for planning and administering global total rewards strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent while managing personnel expenditure
  • Maintain job architecture and ensure effective system configuration and data integrity
  • Communicate compensation programs and equip HR Business Partners and managers with decision support tools
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in core HR functions, including Total Rewards and performance management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Broad understanding of total rewards components
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
