A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Broker Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop content and curriculum for the Junior Broker Development Program (JBDP) and ensure alignment with business goals
- Lead day-to-day operations of the JBDP, facilitating coordination across stakeholders and managing logistics for training sessions
- Co-develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new Producers and Support Roles, ensuring scalability and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, talent development, program management, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant certifications a plus
- Familiarity with commercial real estate or brokerage operations preferred
