A company is looking for a Human Resources Outsourced Senior Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the HRO team to enhance client services and develop proposals and processes
- Administers employee benefits programs and optimizes HRIS systems while creating tailored HR reports
- Implements performance management processes and updates onboarding/offboarding procedures based on client feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, I/O psychology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources or organizational development
- Experience in consulting or HR business partner roles
- Familiarity with various HRIS platforms and client relationship management tools
