A company is looking for a Senior Design Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for their Product Design and Creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for Design teams, partnering with hiring managers to influence decisions and align recruiting priorities
- Source design talent through creative channels and manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Build scalable recruiting processes and emphasize diversity in hiring practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design and/or Creative recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups
- Proven track record of filling various levels of Product Design and Creative roles
- Experience operating as a full-stack recruiter, managing the entire candidate process
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Commitment to diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices
