Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the strategic and operational sustainability of Workday within the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Workday HRIS team, ensuring alignment of recruiting processes with system capabilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Monitor and improve recruiting workflows and support data integrity and reporting needs across Talent Acquisition systems


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
  • Three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and Talent Acquisition operations
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and expertise in other technologies such as CRM
  • Experience with data reporting and visualization tools
  • Workday certification in Recruiting or Reporting preferred
