Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the strategic and operational sustainability of Workday within the Talent Acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Workday HRIS team, ensuring alignment of recruiting processes with system capabilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Monitor and improve recruiting workflows and support data integrity and reporting needs across Talent Acquisition systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- Three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and Talent Acquisition operations
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and expertise in other technologies such as CRM
- Experience with data reporting and visualization tools
- Workday certification in Recruiting or Reporting preferred
