A company is looking for a Senior Director of People Consulting & Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global People Consulting team, driving employee relations and organizational health
• Partner with various stakeholders to design and implement scalable People programs and ensure effective change management
• Oversee People Services operations, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable impact on business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
• 5+ years of Employee Relations experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• 3+ years of experience in designing and managing scalable HR programs
• Equivalent experience may be considered
