Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global People Consulting team, driving employee relations and organizational health
- Partner with various stakeholders to design and implement scalable People programs and ensure effective change management
- Oversee People Services operations, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable impact on business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
- 5+ years of Employee Relations experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of experience in designing and managing scalable HR programs
- Equivalent experience may be considered
