Job Summary

A company is looking for an Orthodontic Contact Center Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to patients and their families, as well as orthodontic practice staff via phone, email, and online chat
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications regarding technical support, billing, collections, and insurance
  • Maintain service levels and contribute to collections operations while achieving quality performance metrics


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in the Orthodontic/Dental industry, particularly with insurance
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or call center functions
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Solid organizational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
