A company is looking for an Orthodontic Contact Center Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to patients and their families, as well as orthodontic practice staff via phone, email, and online chat
- Handle inbound and outbound communications regarding technical support, billing, collections, and insurance
- Maintain service levels and contribute to collections operations while achieving quality performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in the Orthodontic/Dental industry, particularly with insurance
- Prior experience in customer service and/or call center functions
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and maintain a professional demeanor
- Solid organizational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
