A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Manager (BDR Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a global team of BDRs and Account Executives to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
- Own and define the outbound sales strategy, including prospecting frameworks and messaging
- Utilize data to drive performance and optimize sales processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building or leading high-performing sales teams in startup or fast-paced environments
- Experience in eCommerce, apparel, or custom manufacturing is preferred
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
