A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Manager (BDR Manager).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a global team of BDRs and Account Executives to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
  • Own and define the outbound sales strategy, including prospecting frameworks and messaging
  • Utilize data to drive performance and optimize sales processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in building or leading high-performing sales teams in startup or fast-paced environments
  • Experience in eCommerce, apparel, or custom manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
