Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying anomalies and trends for optimization and scaling decisions
- Utilize historical data to forecast campaign performance and manage pacing for effective budget allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and ROI analysis
- Leadership experience is a plus
