Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-funnel paid growth across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
- Create an insight engine to drive decision-making and establish an experimentation framework for actionable learnings
- Ensure compliance with healthcare ad regulations while overseeing signal quality and tracking
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid media with direct ownership of performance on Google and Meta
- Ability to diagnose causality behind performance shifts
- Experience building dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, or Sheets/Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Expertise in tracking and signals, including Meta CAPI and Enhanced Conversions
- Familiarity with regulated ad environments or restricted categories
