PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist who will manage patient equipment and documentation related to Positive Airway Pressure devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for insurance claims to ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Monitor client compliance with PAP equipment and communicate effectively with referral sources

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative roles, customer service, or insurance-related fields
• Two years of experience required for senior-level positions, including one year in a similar role
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
