Job Summary
A company is looking for a PACT Representative I to assist with patient call management and appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Link the patient experience between PACT and the practice site while assisting inbound callers and making outbound calls as needed
- Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance coverage, and update patient information in medical records
- Provide customer service according to departmental standards and assist with organizational marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Typically requires 0-1 year experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
- Basic understanding of computers and desktop software packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
