A company is looking for a Patient Finance Specialist to support clients and families throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound communications to ensure clients are fully enrolled in their treatment plans
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to enhance the client experience
- Identify and resolve issues related to treatment attendance and aftercare resources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer/patient success or support role
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platform
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and medical billing practices
- Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software tools
