Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Integrity Business Transformation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively triage, investigate, and resolve operational issues and escalations
  • Identify root cause drivers and implement solutions to improve processes
  • Collaborate with technical, auditing, and business teams to enhance workflows
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage health plans or startups
  • Strong desire and ability to learn Payment Integrity concepts and workflows
  • Experience influencing and driving change in a highly-matrixed organization
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership from triage to resolution
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses
