Key Responsibilities
- Actively triage, investigate, and resolve operational issues and escalations
- Identify root cause drivers and implement solutions to improve processes
- Collaborate with technical, auditing, and business teams to enhance workflows
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage health plans or startups
- Strong desire and ability to learn Payment Integrity concepts and workflows
- Experience influencing and driving change in a highly-matrixed organization
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership from triage to resolution
- Analytic mindset with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses
