Key Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty license required within designated attempts
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
