Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ClearRx Leads to ensure effective team management and performance
• Drive team performance by setting expectations, monitoring metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve operational goals
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in performance management and team accountability
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive performance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
