Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in performance management and team accountability
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive performance
