Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead to oversee and support team activities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and complete work-specific activities while providing direction and training to team members
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies and ensure timely creation and accuracy of invoices
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers while addressing productivity issues within the team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of business experience, with 1 year in a brokerage or customs brokerage environment
• Ability to train and motivate team members to enhance productivity
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to maintain strong working relationships with customers
