Supply Chain Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Planner to manage and monitor material movement through the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering
• Apply analytical techniques to develop demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels
• Prepare purchasing and inventory forecasts, and analyze variances between actual and forecasted activities

Required Qualifications

• College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or related field; MBA desirable
• 2-3+ years of procurement experience with enterprise-level planning
• Experience with APO or similar forecasting tools is highly desirable
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills
