Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Audit Operations Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process audit worksheets to ensure compliance with business rules and regulatory guidelines
  • Communicate audit results proactively to insureds and agents, and manage transitions to billing operations
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and documenting best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a premium auditor or premium audit reviewer
  • Experience with Workers' Compensation and knowledge of relevant regulations preferred
  • Experience with standard audit operations
  • Understanding of premium audit procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency with audit software systems and classification systems (PAAS, NCCI)
