A company is looking for a Premium Audit Operations Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process audit worksheets to ensure compliance with business rules and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate audit results proactively to insureds and agents, and manage transitions to billing operations
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and documenting best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a premium auditor or premium audit reviewer
- Experience with Workers' Compensation and knowledge of relevant regulations preferred
- Experience with standard audit operations
- Understanding of premium audit procedures and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with audit software systems and classification systems (PAAS, NCCI)
