Pricing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor or Associate Manager Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 2-4 pricing analysts and oversee team processes and analytics
• Produce rate level indications and make pricing recommendations for multiple states
• Collaborate with state product managers on ratemaking decisions and lead pricing-related activities

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferred pricing experience and knowledge of auto products
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience
• Ability to develop people and drive results in an inclusive work environment
