Principal AI Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Scientist responsible for developing and implementing machine learning methodologies and providing predictive insights through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate research, design, and maintenance of predictive models in a production environment
• Partner with stakeholders to leverage company data for business solutions and communicate with clients for product feedback
• Research and implement new AI technologies and develop analytic systems to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling, with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Experience in software development and collaboration across teams
• Advanced proficiency in Python & PyTorch for handling large datasets and AI/ML model training
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in designing and analyzing experiments and investigations
