Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the strategic reliability roadmap across services and collaborate with engineering leadership
• Mentor Staff SREs and drive alignment across teams through leadership and technical authority
• Lead chaos engineering and resilience testing programs while establishing visibility mechanisms for reliability tracking

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in engineering roles, with 3+ years in a staff+ or principal-level position
• Expertise in large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to set technical direction and align teams around architectural goals
• Experience mentoring Staff+ engineers and guiding multi-team initiatives
• Advanced skills in systems architecture and cloud-native development
