Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist (Technology & Software).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for technology categories including SaaS, cloud, and professional services
• Run structured RFx processes and lead commercial and contractual negotiations
• Develop cost models and maintain accurate software and services inventories to optimize spend

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience focused on technology/software
• Experience in running RFx processes and negotiating commercial terms for SaaS and cloud agreements
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel-based cost modeling and TCO analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Proficiency with Procurement software and Microsoft Office
