Key Responsibilities
- Optimizing overall procurement activity and implementing sourcing strategies
- Managing supplier relationships and supporting pre and post-tender negotiations
- Providing counsel and assistance with procurement policies and coordinating purchasing procedures among departments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of procurement experience
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles and processes
- Experience with Purchasing Systems, preferably Oracle R12
- Negotiating and contracting experience
- Knowledge of current purchasing statutes, regulations, and procedures
