Key Responsibilities
- Execute procurement transactions and manage procurement methods based on purchase thresholds
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors while managing vendor-related issues
- Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and monitoring performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or supply chain operations
- Experience working in Federal and State contracting with knowledge of federal procurement regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
