Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of procurement and subcontracting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute procurement transactions and manage procurement methods based on purchase thresholds
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors while managing vendor-related issues
  • Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and monitoring performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or supply chain operations
  • Experience working in Federal and State contracting with knowledge of federal procurement regulations
  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
