Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Design to lead their Creator and Brand product design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of product designers, supporting their professional growth

• Develop product design strategies aligned with business outcomes and contribute to quarterly planning

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing digital products, with 3+ years in a management role
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and unify efforts across complex domains
• Experience in consumer and/or B2B2C products, preferably in marketplace or brand-facing contexts
• Strong knowledge of design systems and experience in advocating for systematic design solutions
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, low-ego leadership style
