Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Credit & Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of collateral that aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements
• Establish customer communication strategies in collaboration with various business areas
• Create and optimize operational processes for the timely delivery of marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Communications field
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills, particularly as a liaison between business and compliance teams
• Experience in credit-related products, banking, and/or financial services is a plus
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices
• Demonstrated decision-making skills and the ability to react quickly under pressure
