A company is looking for a Program Supervisor responsible for reimbursement and administrative supervisory work within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance, including coaching, mentoring, and employee counseling
- Act as a liaison between the Program Manager and the team, ensuring communication on program aspects
- Evaluate program needs and implement process improvements for workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 4 years of experience in reimbursement/insurance or healthcare billing
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a service-driven environment
- Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit methodologies and payment methodologies for Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers
- Strong initiative and work ethic, with the ability to lead in a dynamic environment
- Experience in quality assurance activities and adherence to standard operating procedures
