Project Coordinator II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator II to assist with project management and integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the integration and testing of systems and subsystems related to the NG9-1-1 system
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures while ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and develop project reporting dashboards for updates

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or three years of 911 systems experience
• Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) experience is desired
• Two years of project coordination experience on complex projects is preferred
• Proven experience in task management and project status reporting
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
