Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, PF Project Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site strategy to enhance CQV services and client relationships
• Drive business growth through client engagement and project delivery while identifying new service opportunities
• Oversee team performance and career development, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors
• At least 6 years of experience managing high-performing teams
• Minimum of 6 years in business development, lead generation, or sales
• Experience as a trusted strategic advisor to organizational decision-makers
