Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of IT projects supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of IT projects across multiple workstreams
• Ensure adherence to the full systems development life cycle (SDLC)
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project execution

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical field
• Ten (10) additional years of relevant experience may replace the educational requirement
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience managing IT projects or programs
• Proven success managing complex, high-visibility IT initiatives and project portfolios
• Deep understanding of risk management, strategic planning, and process improvement
