Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster to review and process pet insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer experience teams to assist policyholders throughout the claims process
• Review veterinary bills for accuracy and determine coverage applicability
• Investigate claims to assess coverage based on insurance policies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a veterinary medical professional or veterinary technician
• Ability to interpret and analyze documents and insurance policies
• Eligible to be licensed as a Property & Casualty adjuster
• Experience in pet insurance is a plus
• Experience in other lines of insurance is a plus
