Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare providers, resolving issues efficiently
- Assist providers through multiple channels including calls, chats, and emails

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computer systems and the ability to learn new software
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for various shift schedules
