Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Mid-Market Customer Success Managers to drive retention and expansion outcomes
- Develop scalable processes and playbooks to foster continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs and lead business reviews on CS initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing a CSM team and achieving retention and growth targets
- Strong background in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing with a data-driven approach
- Experience with AI-driven Customer Success platforms or automation tools
- Ability to leverage data and insights to drive customer outcomes
