Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Data Specialist responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data in the national provider database.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and process provider requests, ensuring timely completion within 24 hours
- Add and terminate providers to the PPO and update the PPO Roster within specified timeframes
- Ensure data integrity by correcting errors and managing duplicate records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Regular and consistent attendance is required
