QA Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Supervisor to manage a team of Quality Engineers and oversee testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of Quality Engineers while mentoring and supporting their development
• Conduct ongoing testing of features using both manual and automation methods, ensuring defect-free releases
• Advocate for Testing Best Practices and communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a QA role testing web and mobile applications
• At least 6 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in C#
• 2 or more years of experience leading and mentoring a QA team
• Experience in hiring and performance evaluation of QA staff
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing test plans and conducting user acceptance tests
