Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager - Plaintiff Funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Directors with daily activities involving attorneys, paralegals, and internal departments for funding approvals
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Manage incoming calls and facilitate communication through emails and contract reviews
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; High School diploma required, College degree preferred
- Experience in the Personal Injury field or Pre-Settlement Funding is a plus
- Customer service experience preferred with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- High level of drive, motivation, and goal-orientation
