Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated enablement strategy aligned with Revenue Operations and GTM goals
  • Create scalable onboarding and training programs to accelerate new hire productivity and sales effectiveness
  • Measure and report on enablement performance and ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement or GTM Strategy roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success in leading enablement programs that impact pipeline creation and conversion rates
  • Experience with enablement technology platforms and learning management systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
