A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement/Head of Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated enablement strategy aligned with Revenue Operations and GTM goals
- Create scalable onboarding and training programs to accelerate new hire productivity and sales effectiveness
- Measure and report on enablement performance and ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement or GTM Strategy roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven success in leading enablement programs that impact pipeline creation and conversion rates
- Experience with enablement technology platforms and learning management systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
