A company is looking for a Client Development Specialist to guide prospective and existing clients through the family-building process.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute retainers with qualified clients, ensuring clarity on services offered
- Lead educational consultations with intended parents to address questions and outline services
- Build and maintain supportive communication with intended parents throughout their journey
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in Sales and/or Marketing
- Demonstrated experience in closing sales and nurturing opportunities
- Experience with customer journey mapping for acquisition
- Familiarity with digital and CRM environments, particularly Salesforce and Google Workspace
- Previous experience in women's health, fertility, or surrogacy/egg donation is a plus
