Senior Manager Market Access

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Market Access and Patient Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national patient service strategies for education and order fulfillment
• Lead and mentor a team of Field Reimbursement Managers and Market Access Managers
• Oversee patient services programs and use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPH)
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Market Access or Patient Services, including 5 years in leadership
• Proven experience in managing high-performing field-based teams
• In-depth understanding of reimbursement processes and patient support models
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
