Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in employee benefits, insurance, human resources, or financial services
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs through integrated and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and enhancing client experiences
- Experience with various digital and design platforms, including social media and marketing automation tools
