Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Acute Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the development of sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Recruit, hire, and develop sales representatives while managing their performance and accountability
• Create and develop strong relationships with key decision makers in designated accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of experience or experience as a field trainer within a sales organization preferred
• At least 3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience with autonomy and accountability
• Demonstrated a pattern of success within the current sales role
• This position is transitional, intended to move into the Divisional Manager role
