A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the sales team, including prospecting, funnel management, and forecasting
  • Lead and motivate a team to exceed performance objectives through coaching and mentorship
  • Collaborate with other leaders to align team execution with division-wide goals and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the Public Sector/Government space
  • Proven success managing a team quota of $2M+ and exceeding revenue objectives
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Intermediate business acumen with understanding of forecasting and budget management
  • Ability to identify and attract top talent
