Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of the sales team, including prospecting, funnel management, and forecasting
- Lead and motivate a team to exceed performance objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Collaborate with other leaders to align team execution with division-wide goals and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the Public Sector/Government space
- Proven success managing a team quota of $2M+ and exceeding revenue objectives
- Experience in coaching and developing team members
- Intermediate business acumen with understanding of forecasting and budget management
- Ability to identify and attract top talent
