Key Responsibilities
- Manage and sell software maintenance renewals
- Grow support revenues through renewing, up-selling, and reinstating maintenance support contracts
- Maintain support contracts while building relationships with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in software maintenance renewals
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle and Salesforce.com is a plus
