A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to manage key aspects of its commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Commercial Team
- Manage the deal process including contract review, deal booking, and commission calculations
- Track and report on KPIs, create dashboards, and administer software tools
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue/commercial operations roles for a technology platform or consulting company
- Understanding of the SaaS business model and experience with SaaS agreements
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics for operational improvement
- 3+ years experience administering CRM and marketing automation tools
