Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Customer Care Staff Pharmacist (Overnight Night Shifts).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone and via email regarding clinical issues such as drug interactions and medication counseling
- Support Customer Care agents with clinical inquiries and complete customer requests through Zendesk tickets
- Investigate and report potential Quality Related Events and maintain confidentiality of customer information
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Pharmacist license in AZ, NH, FL, or TX
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate multiple pharmacy systems
- Commitment to customer experience and adaptability to change
