Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Customer Care Staff Pharmacist (Overnight Night Shifts).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers over the phone and via email regarding clinical issues such as drug interactions and medication counseling
• Support Customer Care agents with clinical inquiries and complete customer requests through Zendesk tickets
• Investigate and report potential Quality Related Events and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Pharmacist license in AZ, NH, FL, or TX
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate multiple pharmacy systems
• Commitment to customer experience and adaptability to change
